dua9.online provides a collection of free, browser-based tools designed for content creators, digital marketers, and Pinterest users. Tools include:

Some tools require users to provide their own API credentials from third-party AI providers. dua9.online itself does not provide AI models — it provides interfaces that connect to third-party AI services using credentials you supply.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use dua9.online. Users between 13 and 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or that violates the rights of others

• Use the Service to circumvent or violate the terms of service of any third-party AI provider
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users
• Generate content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights
• Use AI-generated content in ways that misrepresent its origin where such disclosure is legally required

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service for users who violate these Terms.

5. Third-Party APIs & Your Responsibility

Tools that utilize third-party AI services (Anthropic, Groq, Replicate, OpenAI) require you to provide valid API credentials. By using these tools, you acknowledge:

• Your API keys are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for all usage, costs, and activity that occurs under your API credentials.
• Third-party terms apply. Your use of AI services through our tools is subject to the terms of service and acceptable use policies of those providers.
• Usage costs. Any charges incurred through your API keys are your responsibility. dua9.online has no access to your billing information or account with third-party providers.
• Content policies. AI providers maintain content policies that apply to all inputs and outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those policies.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Content You Generate

Content generated using our tools is yours, subject to any applicable terms of the third-party AI providers whose models produced it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with those providers' terms and applicable laws regarding AI-generated content disclosure.

6.2 Our Service

The dua9.online website, brand, design, code, tool interfaces, and all original content created by us are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Service without our express written permission.

6.3 Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will be available at any particular time or location
• Defects or errors will be corrected

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or outdated information. Always review and verify generated content before publication or use in any professional context.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, dua9.online AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• API costs or charges incurred through third-party providers

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless dua9.online and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) content you generate using the Service.
